Please call us at least an hour before you arrive
If you will be arriving after the standard 3:00 pm check-in then please email or text us the estimated time of your arrival.
Early Check-in: On request, provided the room is ready, there is a $10 fee per any part of an hour in order to allow full use of your accommodation before the standard check-in time of 3 PM. If you simply need us to hold your luggage until your accommodation is properly prepared, we will be happy to do this free of charge.
Parking: Parking is free. All guests can park anywhere the gravel space on both sides of our property. We own the whole corner of Von Phister and Grinnell Please do not park across the street.

Breakfast: We provide a complimentary continental breakfast in the room with breakfast bars, fruit snacks, nuts, dark chocolate, grapefruit and oranges, and coffee and tea. More of any foods you find in the room is available on request for free.
We rent bicycles on the property for $15 per day, per bike, or $10 per day, per bike for multiple days or $55 per week, per bicycle plus tax. You can arrange rental in advance or during our normal office hours. If you would like to make any additional reservations or rentals during your stay in Key West, we would be happy to make those arrangements for you.
We can also arrange:
• Moped/Golf Cart Rentals
• Snorkeling/Kayak/Paddleboard/Watersports
• Deep Sea or Near Shore Fishing Charters/Boat Rentals
• Sunset Sails/Day or Overnight Trips to the Dry Tortugas
• Conch Train or Trolley Tours (discounted tickets)
• Truman Little White House, Hemingway House, Aquarium, Museums, etc.
• Dining suggestions and reservations and more
All manner of water sports are readily available through Barefoot Bill's at the Casa Marina Resort only one block away from the Inn.
We also offer all natural spa quality Florida Salt Scrub products for sale including the skin scrub, SPF 50, 30 &15 reef safe sunscreen and after tan protective lotion. We have placed various scents of the skin scrub in your room for your enjoyment. Please let us know your thoughts.
Gratuity envelopes are provided in your room if you would like to privately express your gratitude toward our housekeeping staff for their service prior, during, and after your stay. If you need service during your stay, please call Mark on any of the Inn's phone numbers or text him on his personal cell.
